These terms govern your use of the Ashton & Forge website and services. By using the service you agree to them. This is a working template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

The service

Ashton & Forge helps teams find and brief AI agencies. We take your matching brief, prepare the Forge Playbook, and make curated introductions. We act as an independent matchmaker and are not a party to any agreement you reach with an agency.

Using the service

• Provide accurate information when you file a brief.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse it.

Introductions & outcomes

We work hard to make relevant introductions, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, engagement, or result. Any contract, payment, or deliverable is strictly between you and the agency you choose to work with.

Intellectual property

The site, the Forge Playbook format, and our content are owned by Ashton & Forge. The Playbook we prepare for you is yours to keep and use, with or without us.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashton & Forge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or any agency engagement.
