The questions buyers ask first
- What does it cost?
- Nothing, if you're the buyer. Agencies pay a fee when they accept an introduction. We don't take a cut of the work you go on to commission.
- How long does the brief take?
- About three minutes. We ask what you're building, where it has to fit, the budget shape and the timeline. You can stop and pick it up later.
- How many agencies will I meet?
- Up to three. We would rather send three you should talk to than a list of twenty you have to filter yourself.
- How are the agencies vetted?
- An application, a thirty-minute verification call, then we call the references and check the work they named. We confirm an agency has shipped production AI, not that it demos well.
- Who sees my brief?
- We do, and then only the agencies we match you with. Both sides opt in before any contact details move.
- What if none of them fit?
- Then we say so. If the marketplace doesn't cover your problem yet, telling you that is more useful than forcing a match.
